The King Room was spacious and really comfy, more than I expected. It was pretty clean too, which I appreciated. The bed was great for sleeping after a long day out. The bathroom had everything I needed, although the air conditioning was a bit loud. Still, the room vibe was chill overall and felt secure with the key access.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from Times Square and other attractions. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and went the extra mile, even sending a little birthday treat to our room. The mini-fridge in the room was a nice touch for keeping drinks cool. However, the elevators were frustratingly slow, causing lengthy wait times. Also, I encountered a cleanliness issue when I found a bug in my room, which was handled poorly by the staff, impacting my stay. Despite these hiccups, the comfortable bedding made it somewhat easier to overlook the issues.

I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points in New York. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which definitely set a positive tone for my trip. The staff at the front desk were friendly and genuinely helpful. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city all day. I enjoyed having a mini-fridge in the room, making it easy to store snacks and drinks. The location couldn’t be beat. just a short walk to Times Square, and lots of dining options close by. However, I did notice some areas needing improvement. The housekeeping service wasn’t consistent. I found some hair on the bathroom floor that hadn't been cleaned properly. Also, the window in my room had a dirty streak, and I was surprised by the noise from the street outside. It made it difficult to sleep at times, especially in the early morning. Overall, a good stay, but cleanliness and soundproofing need attention.

I had a birthday celebration with my sister, and the front desk staff was welcoming, even sending a birthday treat to our room. The location was convenient, giving easy access to attractions. The mini-fridge was also a nice touch.
One night, we found a bug that might have been a bed bug, and the communication around it was poor. I didn't like the way the situation was handled, impacting our plans and time.

It was just a suitable option for a transient visit in New York with good value for cost. The breakfast included a full cooked menu, which was a nice surprise and a great start to our day. Make sure to check the check-in time as it wasn’t very smooth during our arrival.

I loved my stay here, especially with the free water bottles delivered daily and the cozy coffee machine in the room. The small gym was convenient for a quick workout, and I enjoyed relaxing in the lounge after a busy day. Just double-check your final bill as there was a small mix-up with breakfast charges, but it didn’t ruin my experience! 😊

Amazing location and comfy beds!
Had a fun 8-night stay! Super close to Times Square—literally a 30-second walk. Check-in was smooth, and our room was really comfy with a spacious shower and Smart TV. The pizza spot down the block was a lifesaver for quick bites. Just wish there were more dining options in the hotel. Overall, great experience!
